What Makes Your First Visit Different
This is not a spa. From the moment you arrive, the focus is on understanding your pain, your history, and your goals, then treating the actual cause of the problem. With 28 years of clinical experience and more than 200 five-star reviews, owner David Niyazov works with you directly every visit. You are never handed off to a rotating staff or run through a generic routine.
What to Expect on Day One
- A real conversation. We start by talking through your symptoms, your health history, what makes things better or worse, and what you want to get back to doing.
- A movement assessment. We look at how you move and where you are restricted so treatment is targeted, not guesswork.
- Focused, hands-on treatment. Using techniques like deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, we address the tissue causing your pain.
- A plan and self-care guidance. You leave knowing what we found, what to expect, and simple steps to support your progress between visits.
How to Prepare
- Wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
- Arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
- Be ready to share any relevant medical history, recent injuries, or surgeries. If you are post-surgical or recently injured, please have clearance from your physician.
- Avoid a heavy meal right before your session, and drink water afterward.
