Do I need a referral or prescription to book?
No. You can book directly with us. Spacibo is an owner-operated clinical massage practice, and you do not need a doctor’s referral or prescription to come in. If you are recovering from surgery or a recent injury, we simply ask that you have clearance from your physician to receive massage.
Do you take insurance?
Spacibo is a cash-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance. This lets us focus fully on results and give you the time and individualized treatment your condition actually requires, rather than what an insurance company will approve. How is this different from a spa or relaxation massage?
A spa massage is designed to help you relax for an hour. Our work is clinical and corrective. Every session is assessment-based and targets the specific muscles, tendons, and fascia causing your pain or restriction, using techniques like deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. The goal is measurable improvement in pain and movement that lasts.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your health history, your goals, and what aggravates your symptoms, followed by a movement assessment. From there you receive focused, hands-on treatment tailored to your condition, and you will usually leave with simple self-care guidance to support the work between visits. What conditions do you treat?
We specialize in pain relief and performance for active adults and athletes. Common conditions include sciatica, low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, migraines and tension headaches, tennis and golfer’s elbow, rotator cuff and frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, runner’s knee, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition, how long you have had it, and your goals. Some clients feel meaningful relief after one or two sessions, while chronic or long-standing issues often improve over a series of visits. After your first session, you will get an honest sense of what to expect, with no pressure and no long-term contracts.
What should I wear?
Wear or bring comfortable, loose clothing. Depending on the area being treated and the techniques used, you may be draped professionally on the table or treated in athletic-style clothing for movement-based work. We will always make sure you are comfortable.
Do you work with athletes?
Yes. We work with runners, cyclists, golfers, tennis and pickleball players, CrossFitters, triathletes, and weekend warriors on injury prevention, recovery, and performance, as well as treatment of existing injuries. Sports massage and orthopedic soft-tissue work are core parts of what we do.

Spacibo Therapeutic Massage is located at 5571 N University Dr, Suite 101, Coral Springs, FL 33067, serving Parkland, Coconut Creek, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, and Tamarac. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What is the Free Discovery Visit?
The Free Discovery Visit is a no-cost, no-pressure conversation for people who are not yet sure massage therapy is right for them. It is a chance to discuss your situation, ask questions, and find out whether we are the right clinic to help, before you book a full session.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer your time to another client. Specific details are confirmed when you book. As a small, owner-operated practice, your consideration helps us serve everyone well.
